This knife features a hand-forged carbon steel blade paired with a faceted maple wood handle, accented with sapele spacers for a clean, understated finish. The octagonal handle offers a comfortable grip and excellent control, making it a pleasure to use every day.

As one of my earlier handmade pieces, this knife is being offered from old stock. It has never been used and is a unique, one-off knife that won’t be reproduced exactly.

Please note: As this knife is made from high-carbon steel, it should be hand washed, dried immediately after use, and lightly oiled from time to time to prevent rust and keep it performing at its best.
