Orders are typically shipped within 1 month (depending on current volume of  orders and what category it fit into e.g. Pre-orders or custom orders) After payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date and must include clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
