Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any other reason unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • A description of the damage.
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item.
    • The product packaging.
    • The shipping box (if applicable)

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Resolution

Once we receive and review your claim, we will determine whether the item is eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion. If your claim is approved, we will contact you with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
